The game started slow and Gary Williams was quite obviously annoyed by the slow performance, but the 2nd 10 minutes of the first half and most of the second half showcased what the Terps can really do--especially what they can do with their bench.
The final score was 85-53 in favor of the Terps, with Gilchrest and Caner-Medley each scoring 17 points. It's good to see Nik back in good form, it seems he's been in a slump lately. Also of note in the game was that DJ Strawberry started in place of Nik Caner-Medly, giving DJ his first start and Nik his first time coming off the bench since his freshman year.
